“It’s Not About You”—Understanding & Reframing Challenging Behavior

In January 2021, Saint Michael’s College is launching the Holistic Restorative Education (HRE) Certificate Program. Designed in collaboration with Annie O’Shaughnessy of True Nature Teaching, this transformational program will provide educators and school leaders with the set of skills, knowledge, and dispositions they need to not only adapt and thrive in the changing landscapes of our schools, but to be leaders in change.

In preparation for our launch we are inviting you to attend one or all of our four free webinars to explore and experience a sampling of program content and have an opportunity to connect with kindred educators.  In this third webinar of the series, you'll examine restorative approaches Affect Theory through a trauma informed lens and learn approaches that keep students and colleagues off the “compass of shame.”
