Exploring Our Racial Identity Development

In January 2021, Saint Michael’s College is launching the Holistic Restorative Education (HRE) Certificate Program. Designed in collaboration with Annie O’Shaughnessy of True Nature Teaching, this transformational program will provide educators and school leaders with the set of skills, knowledge, and dispositions they need to not only adapt and thrive in the changing landscapes of our schools, but to be leaders in change.

In preparation for our launch we are inviting you to attend one or all of our four free webinars to explore and experience a sampling of program content and have an opportunity to connect with kindred educators.  

Central to the work of becoming anti-racist educators is the exploration of our own racial identity development. Join other educators in brave space to learn about the stages of racial identity development and share where you are in your journey.
