This registration form is only for the session on Day 2: Saturday, May 16, 2020.  During the full two-day, two-evening event participants are invited to engage in a variety of opportunities to be inspired, educated, and empowered to transform schools together.  For full conference details, visit TransformingSchools.org.

Here is how to get involved!
    • Opening Community Night, Thursday, May 14, 2020: Simply show up at 7:00 PM at the McCarthy Arts Center for an opening talk by Annie O'Shaughnessy, stories, and discussion centered around using holistic restorative approaches to transform schools together.  This opening night is free and open to the public.
    • Day 1, Friday, May 15, 2020 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM: POWER2 Youth/Adult Partnership Summit.  If you have a youth/adult partnership team that is interested in attending or sharing their work at this session, please register with UP for Learning here.  Day 1 participants should check in at the Dion Family Student Center.
    • Friday Night Community Event: After listening to inspiring and heartening spoken word performances by youth and adults, participate in a small circle experience of what it means to be human.  Check in at the Dion Family Student Center.  Please email info@truenatureteaching.com if you would like to share your story or be a circle keeper.  Novices are encouraged!  This session is free and open to the public.
    • Day 2, Saturday, May 16, 2020 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Reconnecting with Our Best Selves through Holistic Restorative Education.  This is a day for Vermont educators to hear from schools around Vermont about the important work they are doing within a holistic restorative approach--equity, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, restorative practices, and healing-centered engagement.  Share your experiences, learn from experts, and build community in this one-day exploration and celebration of the ways we are transforming schools together.  Check in at the Dion Family Student Center.

Please Note: If you are an educator or school leader who has been working to implement any of these practices we invite you to share your experiences—the successes and the challenges—on Saturday.  Please visit here for a Request for Proposal or email info@truenatureteaching.com with questions.  Students are encouraged to be part of your sharing!

The registration fee for Saturday, May 16, 2020 is $140 per educator.  Youth can attend for free.  You may pay by credit card or checking account below, or you can request that the conference organizers bill you at the school address provided.

Registration is no longer available because the event has been cancelled.
